This lunch meeting will focus on residential H&BU as improved and how this correlates with depreciation and adjustments.
Lunch will be off the menu and self pay. However, we ask that you register for the event so we can provide an accurate headcount for the restaurant.

About the presenter: Mr. Steven Cole, is an MAI designated appraiser and has been practicing as a real estate appraiser since 1975. Mr. Cole attended the University of California and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. He has been designated a Senior Residential Appraiser, SRA, and Member of the Appraisal Institute, MAI. Mr. Cole has been active as an educator and lecturer on subjects of real estate and economics. He has been an instructor for the University of Arizona and the local junior college, Pima College, as well as numerous other real estate organizations. Mr. Cole is a past chairman of the board of the Tucson Airport Authority.
