Please join us for our fall USPAP update class! This course is approved for 7 hours of continuing education. USPAP books and student guides are the participants responsibility and are required for credit. Lunch is included with the class.

About the instructor
Gregory Billings serves as a Review Appraiser in the
Western Region of the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Appraisal and Valuation Services Office. The Western
Region includes Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, the
Rocky Mountain states, Washington, and U.S. territories
in the Pacific. As a Review Appraiser, he provides
valuation services in support of acquisition, management,
and disposal of real property for the Bureau of
Reclamation and the National Park Service.
Mr. Billings entered federal service in 1997 with the
Department of the Army as an intern in the contracting
career field. After completing the intern program in 1999,
he served three years on active duty as an Army judge
advocate. Mr. Billings returned to civil service in 2002 and
was assigned as an appraiser at U.S. Army Engineer District, New England. His
appraiser assignments have included Army Installation Management Command, Europe and the Heartland Region of the Public Buildings Service (U.S. General Services
Administration).
Mr. Billings served over a decade as an Army civilian attorney, including assignments
with the Army Corps of Engineers, Army Forces Command, Army Materiel Command,
U.S. Army Central, and U.S. Army Special Operations Command. He has deployed
overseas both as a judge advocate and as a civilian attorney.
Mr. Billings is a graduate of Babson College and New England School of Law. He is
married to the former Cynthia Ann Burbank and they have one son, Christopher.
Mr. Billings is admitted to practice law in the state of Nebraska and is licensed as a
Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the state of Kansas. He is also certified as
an instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice by the
Appraiser Qualifications Board.
