We have the privilege of having our very own Pima County Assessor speak to us! We will learn about the duties of the assessor, how they value hundreds of thousands of parcels every year, and the differences and similarities between fee appraisal and mass appraisal.
Suzanne Drouble was the first woman elected as the Pima County Assessor in 2020. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate world as both a mass appraiser and fee appraiser. So come and meet our assessor and bring along your questions!
The cost for this lunch meeting is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
