About the presenter:
Bruce Greenberg, FRICS, MAI,SRA,ASA is Executive Managing Director located in the Tucson office for Four Corners Valuations . Four Corners is an International multidisciplinary Real Estate practice with offices throughout both North and South Americas. Bruce focuses on real estate valuations in Mexico, Central/South America and the Caribbean. Bruce has performed more than 20,000 valuation and consulting assignments in 16 countries worldwide. He completed his first assignment in Mexico in 1997 and has since performed nearly 1,700 assignments encompassing more than 7,000 properties throughout Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Mr. Greenberg founded Montaña Verde Consultores y Valuadores and Bruce D. Greenberg, Inc., which he ran for 30 years before it was acquired by Deloitte in 2012. Over the past 40 years, Bruce has built relationships with leading real estate lenders, agencies, developers and government officials throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and the U.S. These relationships are crucial in order to gather reliable and sufficient data to competently meet the needs and standards of the various real estate industries. Bruce has achieved designations from the following institutions, reflecting his ongoing commitment to comply with global standards and regulations.
Bruce has been approved by INDAABIN Instituto de Administración y Avalúo de Bienes Nacionales, as a registered appraiser/Perito to provide Federal Government valuations for both Real Estate and Property. INDAABIN is Mexico's Federal office which is in charge of the administration and valuation of all public properties. Mr. Greenberg was the lead consultant assisting INDAABIN to conform to International Valuation Standards.
